๐ญ Plants of 30 to 80 people
Your plant runs fine. The office is the part running three days behind.
The bottleneck is rarely on the floor: it sits between the customer's email, the costing spreadsheet, and the person assembling the PDF by hand.

If this sounds familiar, it is your operation
- Sales asks purchasing for prices, purchasing checks the costing, and the quote goes out three days later โ if the customer is still there.
- Every supplier invoice is keyed into the ERP again because the XML does not post itself.
- When a customer asks about a spec, someone goes digging through 2023 email.
- The only person who knows how to quote a custom part takes a holiday and everything stops.
What can start running on its own
Three of the five packs, in the words you use every day.
20โ40 h/monthQuoting that answers itself
Reads the request, applies your cost matrix, per-customer margins and lead times, and returns the quote in minutes with the PDF built. Exceptions still go through a person: what stops going through them is the 80% that is routine.
25โ50 h/monthData entry and invoicing
The supplier XML comes in, gets validated against the tax authority, matched to the purchase order and posted to the ERP. No double keying, and no month-end reconciliation at 11pm.
10โ25 h/monthKnowledge copilot
Datasheets, drawings, certificates and old project email answering questions in seconds, with the source cited. Knowledge stops living in two people's heads.
The hours are ranges observed in processes of this type, not promises. The diagnostic measures them against your real numbers.
With what you already have
SAP Business OneOdooMicrosoft DynamicsCONTPAQiExcel and SharePointEmail and WhatsApp
If yours isn't on the list, it usually connects anyway: through an API, through the database, or through the file you already export.
Why you have not done it yet
Because the last vendor sold you a six-month project that ended in a demo. Here the diagnostic takes five days, costs $2,900 USD and ends with a working prototype on your real data. If it does not find at least 40 automatable hours a month, you get your money back.
What I always get asked
Do I have to replace my ERP?
No. The work connects to what you already run through an API, the database, or a file drop. Replacing an ERP is a year-long project and it is not what you are buying.
What if my quotes are full of exceptions?
Exceptions are almost always 20% of the volume and 80% of the conversation. The routine gets automated and the exceptions get flagged so a person resolves them with context instead of from scratch.
Do my drawings and prices leave my building?
Only if you decide they do. When the information is sensitive, the model runs on your own infrastructure. It is one of the first things settled in the diagnostic.
