What is already built and running

Two delivered SaaS platforms and one project of my own, each with a capture of its real screen. What you see is the interface, not a mockup.

Posdata Bakery storefront homepage with the headline «Cada pastel se hornea para una fecha que importa» and the catalog and quote buttons.

Posdata Bakery

SaaS · Made-to-order bakery · 2026

SaaS platform for sales and operations of a bakery that works to order.

Customers order from the catalog or request a custom cake, and the platform carries them from quote to payment to order tracking. The same SaaS runs the counter behind the scenes: point of sale, cash close, inventory, purchasing and reports.

  • Custom cake quoting with a 30% deposit
  • Mercado Pago, PayPal, bank transfer and cash payments
  • Order tracking by reference number, no account required
  • Point of sale with cash close and recipe-driven inventory

The «Mis Mensajes» screen of Confidentia's Mensajero Web: a table of SMS templates with name, body, date and detail, edit and delete actions.

Confidentia · Mensajero Web

SaaS · Financial services · 2025

Bulk SMS SaaS platform driven by a CSV upload.

The operator uploads the recipient CSV, reviews it on screen before anything is sent, and picks a template whose variables are substituted row by row. Delivery goes out through Twilio and every result is recorded, so a failed send shows up on that screen rather than in the customer's inbox. It runs as private SaaS inside Confidentia's intranet, with no internet exposure.

  • CSV upload with a preview step before sending
  • Reusable templates with per-recipient variables
  • Bulk delivery through Twilio with per-message results recorded
  • Account-based access, with each user's message library kept separate

The CRM dashboard signed in as an admin: stat cards for open pipeline, revenue won this month and win rate, pipeline-by-stage and six-month revenue charts, and the open deals table.

CRM

Personal project · Sales SaaS · 2026

Multi-tenant SaaS CRM: contacts, companies, a deal pipeline and tasks, with role-based access.

Every sign-up creates an organization whose data is isolated from everyone else's. Inside there are three roles with real permissions: the admin manages the team, the manager edits everything, and the rep can only modify the records they own. The dashboard summarizes the funnel by stage, revenue won this month and upcoming tasks; deals advance across a stage board, and every contact and company carries its activity history.

  • Multi-tenant by design: each organization sees only its own data
  • Three roles with real permissions — reps can only edit the records they own
  • KPI dashboard with a stage funnel and six months of won revenue
  • Stage-by-stage deal board, with activities and tasks tied to every record

Cover of the chess-history report: a PGN tag-pair block recording 55,168 games and the headline «Ten years of blitz, downloaded legally».

chess-history

Personal project · Data engineering · 2026

Local archive of 55,168 Chess.com games, synced through the official API and queryable offline.

The app downloads a complete game history through Chess.com's public API — no scraping, no password — and stores it twice on purpose: metadata in SQLite for querying, and the moves as standard PGN files any chess program can read. A local UI searches, filters and replays any game. The link opens the full report, with rating charts and the verification checks that were run.

  • Full sync of 93 monthly archives in about two minutes; running it again takes 1.3 s
  • A polite API client: ETag revalidation, exponential backoff, one request at a time
  • Deliberate double storage: SQLite for queries, standard PGN as the exit format
  • Verified: 60 games replayed move by move against the final position Chess.com recorded

Why these captures and not a long catalog

Every image came from running the project and photographing the screen — not from a render or a purchased template. The two SaaS platforms are the ones I can show in full: the corporate work at Intel, IBM, CEMEX and Ternium lives on the cases page, where what gets published is the numbers rather than the screens, because those interfaces are not mine to publish.

The range is deliberate. A public-facing SaaS with point of sale, inventory and payments and a private SaaS running inside a financial firm's intranet do not cost the same or take the same time, and both come out of here. The diagnostic is where we decide which end of that range your operation needs.

The third card is a project of my own rather than a client's, and it is here because it shows the work a screenshot cannot: syncing ten years of data through an API without abusing it, verifying that what came down is correct, and leaving it in a format that outlives the app. That is the same discipline I bring to your collections, inventory or invoicing.
