The first step, and the only one with a fixed price

In 30 days I put one process of your operation on autopilot

Before automating anything, you measure. Five days inside your operation to know exactly where the hours go and which process is worth attacking first.

If the diagnostic does not find at least 40 automatable hours a month, you get your money back.

Free, and not a sales pitch. It is to see whether your case is one of the ones that work.

What happens each day

Five business days, with a start date and a delivery date from the first moment.

  1. Day 1

I see how you actually work

Two hours with the person who runs the process every day. Not with the org chart: with whoever opens the email, copies the number and pastes it into the system. That is where the undocumented work lives.

  2. Day 2

    I measure the hours

Every step gets a number: how many times a month it happens, how long it takes, how many people touch it. Without that number there is no decision, only opinion.

  3. Day 3

    I rank the opportunities

The five most automatable tasks, ordered by hours recovered per month and by how hard they are to build. The one at the top is almost never the one you expected.

  4. Day 4

    I build the prototype

Opportunity number one, running on your real data. Not a demo with toy records: something you can use the same day to confirm the thing works.

  5. Day 5

    I hand you the plan

Closing session with the document: what gets automated in 30, 60 and 90 days, what each stage costs, who owns it, and what happens if you do nothing.

Automation Diagnostic

5 business days

What you get:

  • Two working sessions with the people who run the process, not only with management
  • A map of your operation showing the hours each step consumes
  • The 5 most automatable tasks, ranked by hours per month you get back
  • A working prototype of opportunity #1, running on your real data
  • A 30/60/90-day plan with costs and owners
$2,900 USD

If the diagnostic does not find at least 40 automatable hours a month, you get your money back.

Who it is for, and who it is not

I would rather tell you no on the call than charge you for something that will not help.

It makes sense ifโ€ฆ

  • Between 10 and 250 employees, with an operation that already works
  • Someone on the team spends hours copying data between systems
  • Quotes, collections or customer replies take longer than you would like
  • You can decide without going through a committee of six

It does not make sense ifโ€ฆ

  • You are looking for a course or a talk about artificial intelligence
  • You want a chatbot because a competitor has one
  • The process you want to automate does not exist yet
  • You need someone to approve the budget three months from now

30 minutes. If in that half hour we do not find a process worth the trouble, I will say so right there.

30 minutes over video. No canned deck: I look at your operation and we leave with one candidate process.

Fractional AI lead

I run your automation agenda without you hiring a CTO. Priorities, vendors and team.

The diagnostic is always the first step and the only one with a fixed price: when it ends you know exactly what the next step costs, because we have already seen your operation from the inside.

What people always ask

Why do you charge for the diagnostic when others give it away?

A free diagnostic lasts 30 minutes and ends in a proposal. This one lasts five days, involves your people, and delivers measured numbers and a working prototype. I charge for it because doing it properly takes work โ€” and because the person who pays for it actually reads it.

What if you find nothing to automate?

If the diagnostic does not find at least 40 automatable hours a month, you get your money back and you keep the document. In 26 years it has not happened, but the guarantee exists so the decision does not depend on you believing me.

Do I have to commit to anything afterwards?

No. The document is yours: run it with your team, with another vendor, or leave it in a drawer. If you decide I should build the pilot, the diagnostic is credited against that price.

How much of my team's time does it take?

Two or three people, about four hours total spread across the week. The sessions are with whoever runs the process; management only joins on day 5.

Do I need to replace my systems?

Almost never. What gets automated connects to what you already use: your ERP, your WhatsApp, your spreadsheets, your email. Replacing a system is a one-year project; recovering hours is a one-month project.

What happens to my data?

I sign an NDA before the first session. The prototype runs on your infrastructure or in an account you own, and when we finish you can revoke every access of mine without it stopping.

Half an hour now, or keep paying those hours all year

The call costs nothing and ends with a concrete answer: there is something to automate, or there is not.
